Robust internet connectivity in the field
LiveU DataBridge can be used for generic internet connectivity for download and upload of files and videos from the field, as well as bi-directional data traffic for any internet-based application such as Skype, Twitter, Facebook and VPNs.
How does it work?
LiveU’s DataBridge provides a powerful WiFi hotspot or Ethernet-based internet connectivity to any device such as laptops, phones, and tablets. DataBridge bonds multiple networks, including 4G/5G cellular, WiFi and Ethernet, boosting connectivity and providing a high capacity and resilient internet link from any location.
Turn your units into powerful hotspots!
DataBridge is available as a dedicated hotspot unit or as part of LiveU’s existing LU800, LU600, LU300 and LU610 units. The service can be activated cost-effectively, leveraging a cloud-based or on-premise gateway.

LiveU is an active partner in five cutting-edge pan-European projects. LiveU’s DataBridge was included as one of the enabling technologies for the EU 5GPPP research project, 5G-Xcast. Xcast focused on Broadcast and Multicast Communication Enablers for the Fifth Generation of Wireless Systems.
